Order Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (typically Monday).
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Orders within India are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the location.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
- Shipping Charges: If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility:
- Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping costs.
- Once an order is marked as "delivered" by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local post office or delivery service if this occurs.
